Needs to lose the + dmg thing and get another support skill. His ult/support is too good to give him such a great farm skill.

I have no idea why you think his ultimate is too good, the fact that it doesn't stop anyone from using skills makes it really weak imo.

I think tree is okay. maybe a bit underpowered. I liked the regeneration thing in DotA.
