Huckle's Galoshes
Requirement: Enchanced Marchers 1550, slash 2250, and recipe 400.
Price:1550+2250+400 = 4200
Stats: 16 damage, 85% movement speed, 15% attack speed, 16 agility, Charge Ability.
Charge: Your hero charges to the destination you targeted and phases through all units, with a .6 second ministun at the destination.
Cooldown: 50 seconds.
Range: 1200
Mana Cost: 60
These boots will give agillty heroes an alternative route to endgame play by allowing them to charge a certain distance and granting them a way to cancel channeling effects. A good alternative escape mechnism instead of portal key.
(Also could maybe have something similar to Steamboots, inwhich instead of buying the slash for the Galoshes, you could buy a Hack which could give 16 strength, 15 armor and 70% movement speed along with the 16 damage, and be toggled between the two stats.)
