All i see is the text '' We also accept Paypal and Xsolla (Paysafe) payments at www.heroesofnewerth.com (http://www.heroesofnewerth.com) '' but I can't click anything, how am I supposed to pay via paypal?
Is there any info I need to enter?

Login with your HoN Nickname + PW on www.heroesofnewerth.com (http://www.heroesofnewerth.com). Then click "Buy Coins" and go through the steps - there you can pay with PayPal then.

I have paypal account and it has 25$ but cant use it i need vcc :(
