Rally Ultimate Not hitting

My friend (player Killllla) has been playing rally and has noticed that when he does the ultimate if hes too close to the hero being targeted it will do no damage. we just tested it and i (KuroTatsu) can confirm it along with player Xecuter2. when Rally is phased and standing slightly below but still on top of an enemy unit and does his ult toward the enemy unit, the ultimate will miss doing zero damage. we can recreate the bug to show the problem, if u wish to see it.

Rejected... The reason he is not hitting the hero, it's because you are "inside" the hero, therefore the hero is no in the AoE of the ultimate. It is something similar to this (http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?441321-Rally-Q-R-combo-possible-collision-bug&highlight=Rally). =) Thanks for the report nonetheless.
