I'm not sure how much if would cost S2 to run a service like this. But I was thinking to prevent griefers and the likes to just make a new f2p account every time they get banned, you could change the "verified" option from making players have to level to 5 before playing, to having to verify your account by sms (for free). This way each user could only have one account (+sub accounts) instead of however many the limit is now. And it would be independent of IP and whatnot. Possibly make an option for the user to change account assigned to the phonenumber by paying goldcoins to lower the expenses for S2 (like you can with stat resets and subaccounts)

To sum up:

1: SMS a code to verify your account. (free for the user or paid with silver coins)
2: Account is bound to your phone number so only one can be activated without first deactivating the other (which you cant do while it is suspended)
3: Play with 25% less griefers.

I don't know, but I think this might affect many future customers. In certain countries maybe people don't use a mobile phone at all.
Also it discourage people from playing at all, though the anti-griefer/smurf effect would be great, but they'd find a way in for sure.

There's already a restriction of F2P accounts per IP. (I don't think resetting your router disables this)
