It seems Pharaoh's skill Hellfire's mini-stun doesn't stop anything that channels like teleports and ultimates from heroes like Glacius and Voodoo Priest. I think this is a bug, as the stun should cancel the channels.

I've seen it stop channels, I think you're mistaken.

I've never noticed as I think I've played Pharaoh once. If it's really a bug post it at http://beta.heroesofnewerth.com/report_bug.php

I think you're mistaken, unless you've tested it to such an extent that you are very certain. I know for a fact that I stunned a Glacius and a Voodoo Priest while they were channeling their ultimates, and another heroes who was teleporting away, only for them to continue on about their objectives (Three seperate occassions). I will report the bug.

I've played Electrician in a lane against him, and distinctly remember his ministuns interupting the channel.

That's great, one occasion. I listed three in which it didn't, thus the "technical" issue. Would you care not to totally toss away my feedback on first glance?

I've played the other things, if you can REPLICATE the situation and post proof then go ahead. Why waste the devs time with speculation that can be confirmed in 5 minutes?

I randomized Glacius 3 games in a row(whats the possibility on that hmm?) and each game was against a Pharoh and his Ministun was annoying the hell out of me. so much so i had to get the shrunken head. It certainly worked on me

Probably you've mistaken the orange knife things that appear around him as the stuns. That's not the case. That's just the visual effect; the real stunning occurs on random targets around him.
