Please use the in-game Report a Player function, it is located in the
upper left hand corner the triangle with an exclamation mark in it.
RAP reports are not taken through customer service or this email
address. If you cannot report them using the in-game RaP system please
PM Senior Game Masters iGuy, MacroHard, Xioxyde, Castiel or Rawn via
HoN forums

I recently emailed hongm@s2games.com but I got this message.

Therefore, I sent a PM to the following above, writing a detailed message of over 5000 characters. Of course, the main guys iGuy and Macrohard cannot receive PMs because 1 of them blocks their PM. iGuy has too many messages so cant receive. Anyway my point is, can you please xioxyde, castiel or rawn relay my message to macrohard? I checked my "sent messages" and its empty and I really dont want to have to retype my complaint again.

iGuy is no longer with S2 as far as I know.
