Hellbringer's ulti, where he summons Mephisto or whatnot, does not seem to deal chaos damage (or full damage, in this game) and is able to be targetted by spells (was using thunderbringer to bolt-last hit the other team's hellbringer ulti, raking in the cash :D)

Makes his ulti seem really gimp compared to the original.

He has an AoE fire breathing ability. RAWR. Also, Hellbringer's skillset is a lot more powerful than Warlock's. I actually enjoy playing Hellbringer now.

Hellbringer can go from 5% health to 100% health in a matter of seconds while in combat with smart teammates. I think we can accept a nerf to his ulti.

We don't have a lot of those.

New Hellbringer is perfect.

Hellbringer is working as intended and is fine.

imo lifevoid is a bit imba, its almost like open wounds, except you get twice amount of healing versus openwounds on multiple targets, its low cooldown so you could keep this almost constantly casted, and it increases magic damage. then he has to the slow for more support. life void needs to be toned down imo, aside from that hes fine 50% to all allies which includes spell damage is just a lil too good i think.

it was 50% rite? or did i remember wrong x)

Actually the AoE firebreathing is equivalent to the Flaming Fists that the Infernal has. (% chance to damage in an AoE.) Also Warlock's skillset fits and synergises with DotA's AoE-heavy metagame better.

His roll is completely changed though, warlock worked as a great babysitter in dota while hellbringer in this I see more of a end game, but if you match end game levels most agi completely counter him =.='.

And you Infernals need to smack somebody before they even get the CHANCE to proc that damage. Warlock is still heavy AoE, did you forget about his 3rd skill that only gets better as the game goes on?

I enjoy playing as the Hell bringer, you don;t even need to consider health items at the game start. He isn't a late game hero though, he shines from an early lvl 6 to lvl ~16 his Malphas doesn't scale all that great but summoning him is a good AoE stun, and Life void is fantastic with smart teammates(or even yourself in a pub if you wanted to Codex someone) Life void also goes nicely with his DoT and anyone elses magic attacks

Nullfire Blade's Purge doesn't deal damage to it. Now say it's underpowered, again.

New hellbringer is a completely different skillset. He suffers from the same flaw that Abaddon has; keeping a hero that really isn't useful alive isn't very useful. However, he does lower magic resistance in the process, a thing that abaddon does not.
