had to buy mag before getting hes skin

Hi im not sure if this is supossed to go here, but i want to know, since all heroes are free now, i wanted to get a skin for magmus and went i tryed to buy it, it showed me the message of buying the heroe first before getting the skin, i did it, but with all heroes free are we still supossed to buy the heroes? if not can i get the 400 silver coins back?
