Mixing xUI and Macro Assist

Simply put, I've been using the xUI user interface, found here: http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?383799-xMods-xUI-xShop-HeroBars-HeroPanelsII

Today, I tried to add Macro Assist (http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?364230-Macro-Assist) to my mods, and my macros aren't working.

I turned off all my mods, and the Macro Assist works just fine. Additionally, I turned on all my other mods, including Hero Bars and Hero Panels II (that work with xLib) and the macros still work. It isn't until I turn on xUI that the macros stop working.

Is there a way to fix it, so that I can keep my UI and use Macro Assist?

I've got very little experience with mods, so any help/input is appreciated!

I know that Xui does modify the chat and causes most other chat mods to not function, I have been trying to modify Xui to get it to work with chat redone and have not had success. You can try to modify Xui to get it to not modify the chat and you might get the macro assist to work.
