Courier Mods

since someone[dont remember the name :/] wrote a guide on how to create mod alts for heroes, can anyone tell me how to create mods for alt avatars?
i mean how to create an s2z file of the courier and put it in the game folder to show the alternate courier?

Courier are easy, just change the model of ground and flying and compress it to s2z :)
use notepad++ to do that

I think they have some guides in the Modifications section. You can post there about it too, I highly doubt anyone here could tell you :)
