View Full Version : [Interface] Public games - games with min/max psr setting can't be found

Short description: public games created with either a min/max psr limit or both can't be found in the public games list. They can only be joined by friends following. (I assume the same can be done when people accept invites, though I haven't tested that)

How to replicate: start a public game and either check the public games list or let a friend check it for you.

Notice how all games you find have no psr limit.

I can't confirm atm - need a public game to have an option with min/max PSR in the first place. I just tried at the time of this post and nothing shows up if I use the min/max PSR filters (as opposed to having it on "any").

Alright, try it like this.

1) Click on Create Game (name it "Necrothic is awesome" just so you can find it easier in the list). Also, don't set any psr limit for now.
2) Click on Public Games.
3) Find your game in the list of public games. (You should be able to find it.)

----

Now let's try that again, but this time we're going to set up a psr limit.

1) Click on Create Game (again, you can use "Necrothic is awesome" to make things easier). Make sure have the min psr limit set to 1500.
2) Click on Public Games.
3) Try to find your game in the list of public games. You won't be able to find it. Like your game was never created.

The only way people can find your game is when they follow you.

Yes I've tested this with Necrothic and I can confirm this. In addition to that I've done extra testing with friends just to make sure that this is accurate. Replication steps are listed from the post above :D ^^

I can confirm this then since other people have been experiencing this without actually knowing about it until it was pointed out to them.

I'll gladly test it out with you if you want.
