I don't think it's possible unless some one from the original artists is going to give you the full source. IF they have it in 1000x1000 at all. Some one COULD vectorize it, or paint over it with more details and less pixelated stuff.
But making it bigger from smaller. We don't have that kind of AI implemented in Photoshop that automatically predicts details.
