Simply chipper, but he shoots drills at people, second spell can be the same, shield can be grey coloured and ulti can be chiprels holding pickaxes (I think that's the word) hitting the ground with it
I would find some art but I myself can't think of how this'll look :p probably just a modified chipper with a drill as his right hand, and his left hand would hold a jar of oil
And incase you're wondering of how the drills will look, if you've ever played Wild Ones just imagine that gun's projectile as the drill in this alt
