Custom Backgrounds for Heroes of Newerth !
Cheng hon background animation or pic ! (set custom of yours)

Hi ,first I should say sorry for my english cus my first lang was persian , but enough said lets look at the issue
100% work on hon patch(2.6.7)
Requirment:
1-Xnview (http://www.xnview.com/en/download.html)
2-Winzip or Winrar or some thing like this ….
Work stages:
1-In win7 edit folder option unmark Hide extensions for known file type then u can edit file type easy
2-Go to Heroes of Newerth\game\textures.s2z and rename textures.s2z to textures.zip
3-open textures.zip with winrar, your hon background pic was there 00000000\ui\fe2\mainmenu\3\bg\bg3.dds
So unpack just this file and open with Xnview
4-u can see that bg pic which one need some rotate , so leave it and just saveyour own pic with that size to fit your personal wallpaper then save with xnview to bg3.dds format
5-go to Newerth\game\ textures.zip and then go to 00000000\ui\fe2\mainmenu\3\bg\bg3.dds
Delete bg3.dds(w8 1 min)then add bg3.dds (your own)
6-rename textures.zip to textures.s2z and start hon
7-maybe your pic position was incorrect so fix that with pro image editor soft like photoshop ….(its depend on your screen resolations 1024*768,640*800,...)
