Stats hover while loading

If you hover cursor over the highlighted area, it still displays stats, is this intended?

Which area are you hovering over? Sorry I can't tell exactly from the screenshot :(.

Next to the portrait of grey player (the area is highlighted with a red stroke)
That's where the stat button is before loading starts

It's not intended as far as I know, the devs might think otherwise though. Confirming for now.
