I lost 350 gold coins for custom icon slot when it says its free! :(

Hi. I am an avid player of HoN and I got a problem regarding the title. This is trying to bother me since it says its for FREE and told me to "Claim the item for free" but it deducted 250 GC to me.

Need help on this. Thanks to any admin or GM who would answer. Thanks!

I might be wrong, but, wasn't the ICON SLOT made free, but Custom Account Icon NOT? I think the CAI was intended to cost something more than normal premade ones available in the shop

I know CAI is not supposed to be free, but I was tricked. Although I made use of it. It still bothers me.
