Yo EU!
When you are playing Pharaoh and your Ulti is on CD, then you are buying Staff of the Master, your new "D" Ulti is not on CD and can instantly be used.
After that one use everything is how it is supposed to be.

This also applies to Nymphora's staff effect.

Nice find people, nice find. Wouldn't really be mad if it stayed this way for nymphora, like, 2 different spells, not on shared cooldown(or is it this way already?)

Fixed it internally for Pharaoh only.
Nymphora's is intended as it is.
