Local Replay Scroll Bar

The slider for the scroll bar disappears after watching a replay.

Replication: Open HoN -> local replay menu -> select and watch a replay -> local replay menu -> slider gone.

Applies to *all* scroll bars, not just the replay one.

Still have it... and I have enough replays. So, this is not how you recreate this bug.

Actual reproduction steps:

Open replay list, scroll down a bit (yes, this is important), close replay list, open replay list again.

If you only scroll down slightly, and close/open the replay list, the scroll "button" will increase in size. If you scroll down further and close/open the list, it will disappear (You'll need to scroll down 20% or so of the list for it to disappear... if you want to be sure, just scroll to the bottom).

Since it has to do with how far down you've scrolled, it is likely unreproducible with too few replays.

I was able to reproduce this as well.

1) Open Local Replay.
2) Scroll all the way to the bottom.
3) Select a replay and watch it.
4) During replay press F10.
5) Open Local Replays again.
6) Scroll bar is gone.

You don't need to actually watch the replay, just open and close it after scrolling like I described in my post.
