View Full Version : [Exploit] Ravenor Bundle Bug - Unable to pick

Not really an exploit, more like a BUG. But I bought the new Ravenor Bundle pack, but in the hero selection screen, Ravenor is blacked out as if I did not purchase him. I check my vault and I see both Dominus Ravenor alt symbol and the new Witch Hunter alt symbol. Help?

Whenever I click on the blacked out Ravenor hero in the hero selection, it asks me to purchase him for 390.

I bought the bundle pack and i couldnt use ravenor in my game it was still blacked out. By mistake i bought him there even thought i should of had him already and was wondering if i could get a refund for that 500 but i still want the bundle. If thats even possible ... It will show in puchased history that you guys got but 1100 for just that cause of the bug is gone ... plz help me thx

Bought the ravenor bundle and it took my gold. When i got in game I had the ravenor alt skin, the alternate witch slayer skin but no ravenor hero. Help PLZ?

It also says I now do not have early access status. When I do because somehow I can still play bramble.

In what context did you buy the bundle?

Was it before you played a match of HoN? During the hero pick screen? While in-game?

Did you previously purchase Ravenor as EA before you bought the bundle? Etc.

I updated the game, purchased some gold on the site and purchased the bundle when i logged in. I never played a game until after that I could not pick rav.
I never purchased the EA rav either. Only the bundle. I see the two alt symbols AND I see witch hunter alt avatar in hero selection. As well as the rav alt avatar BUTTON, but no hero.

My brother just purchased the bundle, and it works perfectly fine for him. He is able to pick Rav. Sad Face.

I'm facing the same problem :/ Even though the bundle states "Includes Ravenour and Dominus Ravenor. Also includes a free bonus Witch Hunter Alt!"

experiencing the same problem, i bought it in the "Special" tab of the shop, i got everything except access to Ravenor. i hope this gets fix soon

Similar to the players above, I bought the "Ravenor Deluxe" bundle pack of Witch Slayer and Ravenor Early Access Bundle for 600 gold coins under the special screen and according to the alt avatar page, I have the witch slayer alternate avatar (which I could use) and the ravenor alt avatar, but under the early access screen, I do not have the ravenor hero, nor could I pick it any game. I also do hope this gets fixed. No point buying the alt avatar when you can't use it in-game.

perhaps this bug is related to that phrase that appears when you are going to buy the bundle: "mstore_product1174_name" . is it normal? (having the same problem :()

Pls do an option for people who had already bought the EA to upgrade it to the bundle pack for a max amount of 600g. Maybe get a credit for the paid cost of the EA Access.

I got all the gold coins refunded today, but the bundle still doesn't seem to work correctly, I only aquired ravenor and his alt skin, not the witch hunter alt.

Bought it before I entered a game.

Using legacy. Also S2 Support has said they put ravenor in my vault, but so far I still cannot pick him.

EDIT: Havent checked yet, but I think S2 support managed to fix it.

So we have to wait until Ravenor gets free? And what if the bug gets fixed late.I dont want to wait too much...

I don't think we have to wait THAT long for Rav to go free before we are able to play him. I don't want a refund either, I just want my Rav :(

@Papashlapa, did you try contacting Customer Support yet, ? If not, can you ask them to refresh your vault cache and see if that does the trick?

@Twilightz, can you verify that Customer Support fixed the problem?

i cant effectively use customer support, im trying to login on it w/ my HoN username and password (or am i doing it wrong?) and it wont work

i also try looking for a "register" tab to register but i cant see 1

Please make sure to put a concise and accurate subject line in the email along with a detailed report.

Yes, I can confirm now that Customer Report has helped me and I am able to play Ravenor now! As ElementUser said, email support@s2games.com and make sure that you clearly state what the issue is. The more accurate it is, the easier it would be to solve the issue and help you. I've spotted the issue and when you buy the Ravenor Deluxe, it only gives you the Dominus Ravenor alt avatar, Witch Hunter alt avatar and the icons.

But doesn't give the actual hero itself making Ravenor unplayable, so to all those users who bought the Ravenor Deluxe bundle and faced this issue, you need clearly state in your report that you don't have the hero itself but have everything else. You can check whether or not you have him by going to the "Early Access" section of the HoN store or for F2P accounts, the "Heroes" section. If it shows under Ravenor that you have not purchased him then that is your proof and reason for why you aren't able to play Ravenor as of now.

If they said that they fixed it then try relogging and see if you are able to play Ravenor! :)

Well i have the same issue like you,ive bought the EA Ravenor before ive bought the Deluxe pack,im very sad that i spend 1100 gold.

I hope S2 will refund the 500 spend gold. :/

There is no ETA that I am aware of on Customer Support, please be patient.

If they don't respond after ~3 business days, be sure to send another ticket/email in - it is currently the weekend, so Saturday/Sunday don't count as business days.

Thanks for all the posts - but like I said before, if there's no replication procedure there isn't much that can be done other than contacting Support. I'll forward the information Skylore posted to the proper staff as that is new information.

There was an issue on Friday with the hero not being given out; support@heroesofnewerth.com will definitely help with this.

The issue should have been fixed since then, if anyone else runs into it going forward then please reply here with steps on what happened.

My account is still not fixed and it has been already a week since i sent an email.

This purchase is not so worth it, 1 week past by and i still cant play ravenor.
