Do i report both or one?

Just had a game where an electrician decided to spit his dummy out and feed. he then went afk in well for a while, coming back to avoid the afk marker. he was back for about 3mins, then went afk in the well.

When the afk marker went on him, we voted to kick but the person who he had queued with wouldn't pass it. Is this reportable? We cant afk kick a griefer because his friend refuses to pass the vote.

Elec then came back to kill someone, then went afk in well again for the rest of the game. All in all was away from the game about 20minutes.

If it is reportable, do i ticket just electrician, or do i ticket his friend as well who wouldnt kick him?

i believe that you would just report the elec for avoiding afk detection. the friend has the right to down vote an afk kick for his friend but the afker doesn't have the right to go afk knowing that his friend won't kick him.

Just report Elec for avoiding AFK detection. His friend is not at fault unless he was also avoiding AFK detection/breaking some other rule, but voting a certain way or not voting is perfectly ok.
