1550 rated team looking for members (EU)

Are you between 1525 and 1600 rating and tired of going into a game and find your self with either smurfs, random people who could not care less about the composition of your team, being the only support in your team and flamers who destroys the team spirit even before the game has started?
Then you should consider joining our team:

About us:
we are a small team that consists of 3 - 5 friends between the age of 22 - 25. Who has been playing together for a long time, not only in Heroes of Newerth but a whole variety of games. We are friendly, understand team work and play mainly for fun (which means that we are not competitive but we do how ever play to win).

In the future we plan to expand our team into a clan, though it is not a requirement that our upcoming team members join this clan, it is merely a better way for the team to communicate. Currently we are using Skype as our main source of communication.

Our goal is not to become competitive but we do however want to gain rating and enter new brackets.

Server info and when we play:
Since all of us are Europe players we only play on Europe servers which means that if you are from the US you properly will experience lag which means that our team isn't the best choice for you.

We primarily play Monday - Friday between 18.00 - 00.00 and Saturday and sunday between 15.00 - 18.00 and afterwards 20.00 - 01.00 (all depending on real life of-course) it is not expected that you can attend all days however it is required that you are active.

What we expect:
Besides being active we expect that you can both write and speak nearly fluent English since this is primary language. We expect that you are between 1500 and 1600 rated (above 1600 is appreciated as-well however if you are 1650 or above this properly isn't the team for you yet).

We also expect you to know the basics of HoN meaning that you have decent skill in all of the Heroes (un-purchased EA heroes not included) and have a understand of team work, and are able to adjust to any given situation. This includes playing support from time to time.

As mentioned above our team is currently using skype as our main source of communication and we expect to do that in the future as-well, we therefore expect you to have skype and know how to use it, we also require you to have a working microphone.
We also expect you to be at-least 18 years old.

What do you get:
Besides an active team you become a part of a group that is open minded, friendly and skilled at the same time. You will become a part of a mature team with dedicated players who aim to become the best. Besides that you will always have someone to play with.

I've always been in the 1500-1600 bracket, but lately I'm in the 1500-low bracket since I'm very busy and I play only casual games solo Qing... with the result I dropped to 1490.
I'm willingful to play support - or hard support.
The only problem is that I have finals till july, so I'm not able to play on a regular base... it means 2-3 evenings per week at most. From the 10th of july I'll be free mostly every evening/night. I'm very open to criticism and any suggestion from other people. I'm 25 and I can use TS or skype to communicate.

Hi I'd like to join as well... I am sick of having 7-8 wins streak then 7-8 losses streak. I play the same not pro but after 1400 games I'm decent with all heroes. The stats arent great but when I 1st started to play hon I had no background at all of DOTA or LOL... So I started to play this kind of strategy game from scratch and I saw no reason in resetting my stats...

Currently we are not looking for players who are unexperianced, the reason behind it is that we currently always are running as a team of five (sometimes even two teams) which means that we will be matched up with other clans or teams of 5's because of this we need everyone to be at their best and having to carry one through the game makes those game alot Harder than they already are.

Experianced players can play all heroes and have been playing so long that he or she has a prefered role to play and usually play this role.

I find no problem in playing any hero(maybe except ophelia,you know why).I find boring to play only one role,sometimes you might want to play a few of these and a few of those.

I usually watch what my team shadowpicks/gets and try to fulfill the remaining role.If none asks mid and i am not oj/yellow etc.,or i see i am the best according to stats i try going mid with mid hero.
