I played in a match that had a confirmed bug, were one player is kicked in the loading screen, and the game turns into a 4 vs 5. I had this same bug in the previous game and it was remade no problems, but this time the player removed was on my team, and the other team said that they wanted free mmr and would not remake. Everything was normal for the bug, the player removed reconnected but could not do anything but type, and my team ended up CCing at 15 minutes. I am annoyed at their unsporting personality, and feel that it was griefing at its finest. What could be done?
You may watch my 2vs1 lane fail by downloading this re-play match ID 91699550.
And should bug exploiting be added into the in game RAB feature?
i don't think that'd be considered "exploiting a bug". all they were doing was exercising their right to vote no to a remake. yes its a douche move but they have the right to do so (same with voting yes/no to a concede). exploiting a bug would be like using the unlimited gold bug that happened a few patches ago. and i think that you'd report bug exploits under ability abuse? don't quote me on that though.

Since the host managed to kick one person during the loading screen , he absolutely exploited that bug and imho should be reported.
However, the other players couldn't do anything against that, and they can't be punished for have down-voted.

since it was a match making game, there is no "host". what the OP means is that one of the players gets disconnected and (due to a bug) is removed from the game completely. (ex: see this thread http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?423242-Players-get-terminated-at-start-of-TMM-games)
no one kicked the player so no one needs to be reported.

He is correct, but I still think that they used a known randomly occurring, known bug to their advantage (exploiting?); and they specifically said in the game that they would not remake because "free mmr" which I would consider griefing. I did say this was a question, but it probably be a better discussion.

oh i'm sorry,
I assumed it was a public game, since there is a known bug thanks to which hosts can kick people during loading screen
It is not against the rules to downvote a remake, regardless of the circumstances surrounding needing the remake. It's unsportsmanlike, sure, but not against the rules.
