Thorn - Moraxus alt WIP

Greetings HoNers!


So I've decided to do some practice in doing alternative versions of some heroes, first one
being Moraxus. Since the hero is composed of several different objects that show up depending
on his skill level and interesting as a hero overall, I figured it be pretty fun to try and make a new alt for him.

He won't deviate too much from the original but will be different enough to recognize on the field, keeping the shape and/or color similar, he'll have entirely new effects to fit his abilities.


Also this will most likely in the end get modelled by me and posted up in the modding section.

I'll be updating this thread as things move along, feedback is greatly appreciated :smile:

so the key points of identifying :mora: other than his axes: the overall shape, the shield, primary weapon, and those little presents.

I'm not even sure if the helmet need to stay.

otherwise, can't wait to see the final product :D

Very interesting idea! I would love to see a "handblade" thought. Like roots and veins overlapping and merging with the arm. Looking forward to it! :)

I'm still thinking about the weapon, but I don't want it to be merged with arm, definitly going to work on the blade hilt a bit more though.

Doing the mesh at the moment, all rigged and for the most part done, blades are present to see how it will look in the end once maxed out ingame, but will have to be separated in the end, same goes for the shield.
