Auto Connecting to Multiple Channels

Alright, so apparently there's this minor bug where when you "Auto Connect" to a lot of channels i.e I'm Auto-Connected to 5 channels. The next time I log in, I only have around like 2 out of the 5 channels that connect me automatically even though I've clicked Auto-Connect on at least 5 of them. It's a minor bug but it gets quite annoying where I have to keep manually connecting to the channels I want to stay in.

I auto-connect to 6 channels all the time and I don't get the bug.

Try right-clicking on the Autoconnect button and manually re-add all of your previous channels to your autoconnect list. The problem has existed for a long time but nobody knows what the cause is.
