- Enlarge: Now increase Base Attack Time to 1.9/2.1/2.3 and no longer slows attack speed.

This is a small buff for Pebbles when his listed attack speed (agility + item attack speed) is less than 80.
This is a small nerf for Pebbles when his listed attack speed (agility + item attack speed) is greater than 80.

Not really, only attack speed from agility transfers to illusions in this case so chances are that Pebbles illusions will have below 80 attack speed overall.

S2 wanted to nerf pebbles lategame, with this change he gains less from attack speed items and thus doesnt hit as hard with attacks as before.

If this pebbles was too stronk then i whonder what would happen if S2 ported better passive and sotm upgrade from dota.

To be honest, I'm finding this change a buff to Pebbles overall.

I find the attack animation is slightly faster, so I'm able to get in an extra attack when it counts.
