Why does channeling ults like dat of scout and flint aren't put on cd when their channels are interrupted while dat of magmus' ult goes on cd when his channel is interrupted ?

This is because Scout and Flint ults are not actually channeling. The cast time is simply very long. If these abilities are interrupted then it is nothing more than animation canceling; the ability never actually starts.

Magmus, on the otherhand, calls out a channel after a very short cast time. Once the channel completes it begins the other spell effects.

These are designed in for balance purposes.

In the future, please use a more detailed thread title when posting on the forums.
