Brief Description: When you move two or more (newly bought) items who still have the 15s full refund icon on the top right from your stash to your courier the 15 second timer is somehow set to zero. Which results in unable to sell your newly bought item for full price again.
How to Replicate: This needs to be done quickly in order for the bug to take place, so first set the game speed to around 10%-25% so it's easier to replicate this.
Now buy 2 items on your stash. Hold ctrl and (spam) left click both items repeatedly moving those items from your stash to your courier and back.
