I received warning today cause i wanted a player who flamed whole team and spamed all chat out of the game... (please note this player who spamed/flamed got banned too)
This has suddenly became a ban reason under charge "Do not be abusive to your teammates".
This player did i try get kicked several times sins all player voted yes except 2 sins these two might be new to game/unfamiliar with the vote system or didn't notice.

So thereby GM's is it ban reason to try kick a player who is doing bad stuff and ask both team to vote/kick this player?
I assume you will refer me toward mute function. This only work toward opposing team! If you using /ic 2 times then you mute both team and all chat but then your punishing your team but whole instead of the player who annoys you, is this fair sins you don't wanna listen to spam/flames?
Everyone knows it hard to not interfere if someone is badmouthed in your team. Then you only receive 3 choices, 1 loose your dignity and be a punshingbag toward bullies, 2 punish whole team and mute whole chat, 3 try kick the player and risk being banned.
In my opinion all 3 options is WRONG..

Can you GM's shed some light on this situation?

Trying to or successfully kicking another player is not against the rules.

However, "holding your team hostage" in some way, shape, or form in order to have something accomplished (such as kicking a player) is against the rules. So, something like not conceding until a player is kicked would be against the rules.
