My friend's account `Shoryuken got banned for feeding on one game. He got banned for 3 months.

Now, he asked me to post the appeal on the forums since he cant access with his account. He's and old legacy player and is mad about beign banned so much time after spending a lot of cash.

3 months lol you guys are really harsh.

It's really sad how your mod focus on banning people who has bought like 200$ of cash and is trying to support your company for so long and you still let free account trolling madnbads unbanned or with small punishments.

He said he send a message to HoN FB account about why he cant access the forums to present an appeal but he got ignored and now he's all mad and bad about it.

Did he try using the site's appeal page? No forum access required - http://www.heroesofnewerth.com/appeal.php

Edit - Discussing specific bans and appeals is also not allowed on the forums. Plus the amount of time your friend was suspended and the "he spent so much moneys" thing are both explained in the RAP Feedback FAQ here: Link! Sorry to sound repetitive, but try this again:

Click and sign in here:
https://www.heroesofnewerth.com/login.php

Then immediately go to this link:
http://www.heroesofnewerth.com/appeal.php

Make sure it shows you are logged in on the upper left corner.

On that page it should give you information about your appeal. If that doesn't work I have no idea what is going on. We get hundreds of appeals every week and none of those people seem to have issues. =(

Try that to access the appeal forums. And your friend must have been banned at least 4 times before to have a 3 month ban. Furthermore, just because you might pay more money doesn't mean you should receive any special treatment. If you break the rules you break the rules.

EDIT: After watching a few of his games I would reccomend not appealing, your friend seems to be very prone to raging.

Appeals will not be handled through a public forum. Please refer to the stickied thread for proper appeal instructions.

Be sure to read through the second post which details common appeal mistakes. Over 95% of appeals are declined. Being a paying customer does not exempt you from the rules.
