Is it bannable if?

I just got done with a game where one of my allies purposely and continued to run out and feed the enemy. Not only that, but as I was scout, he bought an eye and went out to feed enemy.


Now, me and my allies tried to kick this intentional feeder several times, but the enemy team refused to, and they are all friends. They did not kick him at all, the entire game.


My question is this, is the enemy team able to be banned for refusing to kick an intentional feeder which ultimately led them to win the game?

No its not. You are free to vote yes or no for a kick vote in any case(with one exception). Just report him after the game.

The player who fed is in clear violation of the Rules of Conduct.
The enemy team is within their rights to down vote a kick.

While we strongly encourage and hope that all of our players practice good sportsmanship and impeccable manners, it is unreasonable to suspend people for wishing to maximize their chance at victory.
