Is this punishable?

I was in a 4v5 game (4 on our side, 1 player lagged out) with 3 guys from some clan. We pushed to mega creeps, and few moments after that, my team voted to kick me. It was a troll vote, but with 3 of them from the same clan who voted yes, and the other team that was moments away from losing voted yes, i got kicked.
It wasn't like i was bad in the game, so they had a reason. I even warded and upgraded courier bcs no one else would (and i was flint). It was a simple troll, juvenile vote and I would like to know if I can report players of that clan for that.

PS: Game ended, everyone came to chat, leader of the clan (i think he was the leader, he was pink) wrote "Lol" and left the chat.

No. Vote-kicking, for any reason, is not against the Rules of Conduct. Players that are unanimously vote-kicked will still gain or lose MMR normally for the match and will not receive a leave on their statistics. The vote-kick feature is essential to allow players the opportunity to remove unwanted players. It is currently S2's policy that we do not interfere with the wishes of all nine players when it comes to the removal of the tenth, regardless of the reasoning or motivation.

it doesn't change your leaver status and you get the mmr from winning.
