Pubstomping

To what extent can pubstomping be pushed to before it's considered stat manipulation?
I've gained a LOT of PSR with my methods, and.. To be fair I'm actually afraid of doing something which might against the rules.

.. I realize I might be turning myself in for asking this, but I'd rather do that than breaking the rules, actually.

I won't explain exactly what I do until I get an answer.. I don't want my "method" to influence what currently is considered to be allowed and not.

Also long as you aren't planting players on the opposing team, why should you be penalized for pubstomping? I think you need to define how you use the term "pubstomping" before anyone can answer your vague questions.

Rigging the teams to the point where.. It gets rather immoral. Not to mention boosting my starting gold by not having any teammates.

I doubt any of these in themselves are against the rules, but it gets rather bad when you combine every 'acceptable' element you can to boost your stomping in pubs

When it comes to public matches, anything short of planting players on the opposing team is fair game. You may arrange or stack the teams any way you want. All players in the lobby have 5 seconds to disconnect if they think that the arrangements are unfavorable. Once the match begins your team of five may any strategy you can envision in order to win the match.

While the above may be morally questionable, it is not against the Rules of Conduct and you will not be punished.
