RAP is useless

Ive reported tons of griefers from people going "afk woods and i'll make you lose (because someone said 1 thing)" to verbal abuse, to ward abuse, to racism, ....

You know what the reply mail said every time?
"insufficient"

Theres no reason to even act as if there's a proper system in place because basicly everything is allowed, I might just take up the challenge and make a sub account where i do nothing but grief,i bet it will never get banned

if he only says "I am AFK, you will lose" but is still playing, then it is not reportable/bannable. That is why your report has been handled as insufficient

So refusal to come to teamfights just spamming HAHA U LOSE is allowed? Nice
But thats just one case .. theres tons of **** like that happenign and never does a report get handled

The RAP is not useless. On average, about 45% of tickets result in a guilty, 15% in warning, and 40% as innocent.

I confirmed that the only ticket that was unsuccessful that was reported from account name "Gwin`" was for something that was not against the rules of conduct. If you are referring to a ticket that was reported by a sub-account, and wish to appeal this ticket, please send a PM to one of our SGMs.
