New character that's already available for testing if you're reading the forums too much. Posting the pics up for someone to make a pretty guide :)

Do you have screenshots of all of his abilities? I see 3 and there should be at least 5 (Night Strike too, presumably).
Fixed. Also, Night Strike does not have an animation... so he might not be in the next patch :/

No, to access him all you need to do is open the console (control F8) on the create game menu and type 'cg_dev true' without the apostrophes, then click advanced game options and there should be a little box in the corner that says 'dh' , check that box then start the game. Do not play random heroes with this option turned on, there is a chance that someone will get the Maliken hero which currently has no abilities or animations so he's pretty worthless.
As for the hero, he's OK. His sunstroke/nightstrike skill is pretty useful for ganking, but his bleed costs an absolutely crazy amount of mana from his piddly mana pool compared to his other skills. His sandstorm thingy is really only for escaping and it's pretty bad for that too.
His ulti is a passive, works kinda like Ursa's orb attack but it also gives bonus damage for your team and I think it works for spells and such too. This is extremely powerful, enough to make up for his terrible sand skill and his mana intensive bleed.

Sandform is like free enchanted marchers with bonus armour (although an inability to attack anything until it wears off). I'd say it's a great skill.
The health diminishing one is a bit funny, though. I see absolutely no reason to level it beyond level 1 until it's fixed.

In theory it seems like an ok skill but in practice its utterly useless. Not a real escape mechanism because you can still get stunned or otherwise disabled fairly easily with it. I think they should make it like Invoker's invis skill.

I tested Nomad and he's pretty shitty right now. Then again, he's probably not going to be implemented anyways.

His ult murders kongor i can see the item build for him being alchemists bones steam bones warpcleft the the stun item as well as lifestealing thrown in there. He pretty much lets your team farm kongor like he was a normal creep,

So Nomad is Ursa but
-No 400% IAS
-AoE slow is instead single target slow
-Unitwalking instead of ludicrous damage buff
Bleh. Need an ursa port.

I joined a game that had this setting once, and my friend and I chose the "random" heroes (shown as checkered boxes where the hero portraits should be. One of them is Maliken except he has no abilities, can't carry items, and is rather weak at the moment. The other, strangely enough, is a TEAPOT, yes, a TEAPOT. It has steam coming out of it, and has similar properties to Maliken (It probably is a place-holder for a new port). The other team instantly picked Nomad when the game started. It's probably best not to play this map unless you're serious about testing Nomad, and even then it really isn't worth it.
i tried him out on my own. he was pretty fun!
i took some damn cool screenshots!
No ETA on this hero being released, if he will be at all.
