First and last time reporting a player

I have a question, why do you even have the option to report someone if you don't do anything with it and even find the report invalid... (so losing 25 silver and get an infraction point)

I report someone for abusive language and I get a reply that the report is insufficient, thanks for the help S2.

In order for a player to be guilty for "Excessive verbal abuse", abusive language has to be "excessive", as offense name explains it.

There is no need to report every bad word.
