Disable Kill streak/spree messages and announcing. Double kill, etc, nemesis, payback, bla bla.

Hi, i'd like to know if there's a console command or a mod, or something to turn off definitily these messages.
hon always freeze for like 2-3 seconds into a black screen when i'm playing midwars and there's a first blood, or double tap or nemesis or whatever message and Announcing on the top of the screen. i'd like to know if there's a way to disable those messages.
i've tried to hide the chat, and it didnt work, also to revert the Flamboyant/Ms Pudding announcer to the Default one, and didn't work either.
I'm using GMA 3100 which sux, but i can play Caldavars normally with no lag at medium settings, with no lag when these messages show up.
So.. any help please :(?

Go to Options > Sound and check the box in front of "Mute Announcer". I hope I understood correctly what you are looking for.

Asarja, i tried but didn't work, i'm starting to think it's the effects, that Text that shows up on Countdown (before game starts) and also double tap, hat trick's text (shows up below the Clock). I guess if there was a way to remove that...
i even tried to disable messages, by removing client/game_messages.str but the lag still.
so. How to remove those Texts that Shows up like on Flamboyant Announcer and Balls of Steels?
