I just recently submitted a report about a player concerning one of my last matches.
Clearly a not to be mentioned player in this game SILENCES me (Pollywog) CONSTANTLY during teamfights and while i'm farming rendering me unable to participate and of course i wrote a report about it.
Now i got an infraction point since (i guess) i did not present an EXACT timeframe of the incident, although i mentioned it to be around the 30min mark.

My question: How am i supposed to provide an exact time when the game doesn't allow me to load up the replay to look it up? Message: Failed to retrieve match information. Therefor i am unable to download and use the replay.

I want my infraction point removed and the player's obviously griefing behaviour dealt with accordingly. This kind of treatment is definitely unacceptable.

if they can't watch the replay, its kind of hard to prove such a thing happened (and would be unfair to punish the person based on your word alone). *not saying you aren't a trustworthy individual* i do think its silly that you got an infraction point though...maybe they can remove that.

side note : you aren't supposta put match IDs in your posts.

Thx for the heads up concerning the match ID. And well.. if i can't watch replays and the GM's can't too, then it's pretty silly that my report is denied instead of being delayed or something. Instead i get an instant infraction point. And lost 25 silver coins on a sidenote, not that it mattered.

The replay does exist for this match. This is not the issue. Please note that GMs will look through the entire match if necessary if the time stamp is not perfectly accurate. This is mentioned in the FAQ on this forum.

While very rare, sometimes mistakes are made; most of our GMs have an overturn rate of less than 1%. However, if you were unfortunate enough to be within that 1%, it can certainly feel like 100%. Please do not take this as a sign that GMs are somehow lazy or incompetent. If you wish to contest the results of a ticket, please send a forum PM to one of the Senior Game Masters. This is also mentioned in the FAQ.

This forum is for discussing RAP rules and policy, not for reporting players or filing appeals. Reports are private information that should remain confidential between the players involved and the GM team. We have an excellent team of dedicated GMs and SGMs working around the clock to provide personal assistance for individual cases.

Closing.
