Welcome to S2: ElementUser and MacroHard!

Here at S2 Games we're constantly looking to bolster our ranks with talented, passionate individuals. It just so happens that we have an abundance of such individuals right here in our community! We're extremely happy and excited to announce that ElementUser and MacroHard, both long-standing members of the HoN community, will be officially joining the S2 Games team. They have demonstrated their passion for and dedication to Heroes of Newerth, and will contribute significantly toward our goals of improving HoN and improving S2 Games. Please join us in congratulating and welcoming these awesome individuals!

Here's some information about what they'll do, as well as what they have to say about joining S2:


Nathan “Macrohard” Mays

Remote Balance Analyst: Nathan will continue to delve deep into the mechanics and numbers of HoN, and provide insightful spreadsheets and data analysis of game mechanics for our balance designers. This will allow us to improve our understanding of the ever-changing game that is HoN and ensure that our design and balance is mathematically sound moving forward.

On Joining S2:

I'm absolutely thrilled that S2 approached me with this opportunity. Hopefully my analytic skills will contribute to positive changes for years to come. I couldn't be happier to be an official HON nerd!



William “ElementUser” Lam:

Remote QA Associate: William will resume his quest to hunt down and squash every bug in HoN. His drive to find all the issues - small and large - that cause users frustrations will contribute massively to polishing and enhancing the HoN experience.

On Joining S2:

Hi guys, I'm doing stuff for S2 again! For me, doing stuff for HoN is more like a hobby and not like a stressful job, which further motivates me to contribute more to HoN. I am anticipating great things from S2 when the 2nd HoNiversary comes around and in the future with their community-bonding events!

With me around there will be slightly less bugs around to pester us :pest:.

I thought it's for real life issues, and guess it's solved now. I don't ever think he's really in the disagreeing mode, as he's always active in reddit being part of the nice community for the past few months now. Not all people who left S2 because they hate it.
