Often seen,

One dies and says to [All] "That's what happens when you have NO wards".

In my opinion this is telling the enemy team the status of our "strategy", now they do know they can gank as they want and noone will see it coming...

Is this reportable ?

Doubt that. I mean you can say that even if you HAVE wards to spread misinformation.

Like calling allies position could be also done in an intention to mislead, though it is reportable.
So ?

Calling out allied positions is only punished when it is intended to be detrimental to your own team. If it's used to mislead, that will be apparent in the replay and it shouldn't have been reported in the first place.

On the original topic, no, telling the enemy team you have no wards is not reportable as it's such a broad statement it's difficult to ascertain whether or not it was actually detrimental.
