What do you do when your team is just plain out bad. example no mia calls, no help pushing, no teamwork ect
its been really bugging me that i have been getting so many of these teams to the point my psr went from 1570 to 1300.

Not a lot you can do reallly. Accept the fact that you won't be getting people like that every game and move on.

Here's what me and my friend do, because sometimes its just us and we go on a bad team.
No matter what hero we pick, we build Codex. (we decide to stomp)
Ks with Codex, if a noob runs in don't try to help too much. You matter more than their fail attempts to push and if they fail and die you shouldn't too.

Go play in "Noobs Allowed" not "Noobs only"

I find myself in this situation quite often.
Raging hardly solves the problem. What you can do if you are a skilled player is simply pick a carry hero who counters the enemy team well.
Magebane vs the AoE/Intel gank teams.
Pestilence vs the typical pubbers game (scout, madman, nighthound)
Dark Lady vs the pushers
Preador vs those beast teams (accursed, panda, jereziah, tree)
Picking a support hero only works when someone on your team is good enough to support. Althogh trying out fun pub style combat support heroes is good fun.

I would say just go out into the forest with Asassin's Shroud and farm yourself some gold and get big items. If they're not helping each other in the general gameplay you'd want to build yourself to where you can at least live LONGER should you enter a fight. More often than not when the enemy side figures out that no one on your side is working together (and in all due respect, its easy to figure out early) they will push....HARD. Here's a list of items I found that help with staying alive (and I sure sope they can be of help to you too...)
-Void Talisman (when activated you are immune to physical attcks for 4 seconds)
-Assasin's Shroud (Gives you stealth for 9 seconds)
-Homecoming stone or Post Haste (allows you to get back t base should the need arrive)
-Mock of Brilliance (Allows you to slowly damage units around you, good for stopping long chases and even worse on the Night Hound after lvl6.....)
-Iron Shield (Helps stop 20 damage from melee attacks, 10 from ranged)
-Bottle (Helps refill health AND mana)
I'm still learning the game myself, but I sure this helps you out...

About Iron Shield. Its not the attack that it helps block ( 20 melee 10 from ranged)
It depends on YOUR hero. IE if you are predator it will block 20 dmage. If you are slither it will block 10 becuase YOU are ranged.

Play War Beast.
Jungle/lane until you can buy whispering helm & abyssal skull + enhanced marchers.
Then furiously BD the hell out of every single tower they possess with your summons + dominated Minotaur, using your ultimate pub escape mechanism (metamorphosis) to never die.
Win.

HAHAHAHAH That wins my award for best pub build ever xD. I remember when i used to do that in DotA with Lifestealer. Vlads Offering and Dominator with a centaur.
