Hi guys, there are no alt avatars for puppet master so i thought well hey, let's do it, and due to his 'string'-based characteristics i thought i would stick to that theme and yoyos came to mind.
visual wise he could be some nerdy dude, or http://cdn.videogum.com/files/2010/05/kenny_strasser_3.jpg look a like of dude, or something, yoyos are not that cool to be honest but we can try :D, when standing idle he would just have his yoyo down (spinning), and sometimes bring it up, and maybe hold it for a while, before throwing it down again and letting it spin.
moving on to his abilities, his auto attacks would be throwing yo-yos, and with whiplash the yoyo will glow some cool color and the thread following the spinning yo-yo could be on fire, or something cool like that.
with puppet show i thought the avatar could throw his yoyo upwards when casting, and the opponent gets an animation of the yoyo hitting his head, dazing him and making him attack randoms, the animations could be yoyos floating around his head, or something less corny but i am not sure what.
with pupeteer's hold, now this is epic, the yoyo is thrown above the hold spot, and it is stationary, however when the unit moves beyond the distance allowed and get forced back!? the yoyo spins and contracts the thread, forcing the hero back to the spot.
with the ultimate i thought he would just construct a tower of some sort, or just any construct, much like http://th03.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/i/2011/202/7/9/yoyo_eiffel_tower_by_bela95-d415hlq.jpg, and the thread is where the puppet would normally be, whilst the thread continues with the yoyo and wraps around the target hero, and when you attack the construct, it will have graphical effects, like when it is at 100, 75, 50, 25, and 0 % hp. it would have a crumbling effect, perhaps the percentages of health at which these graphical effects come in to play can be altered, they probably should be because the puppet doesn't have a lot of hp.
