I want help with making items that increase damage of spells/abilities.
Want them to stack with other similar items and increase all magical damage.
Not sure how to do it.
Anyone that knows or has manage to find a thread about this (searched for 1h before i gave up).

I guess you could look at Spellshards to get an idea how it could be done.

If you don't want to abuse magic armor you should be able to do it that way:
<changedamage b="your_damage_multiplier" op="mult"/>
Since we don't use any modifiers in the second version it should stack with
other items/abilities and itself.
Note: code is taken from my memories, can be wrong =)

You will have to add a <modifier/> tag to every hero that increases the damage of his/her spells when they have the item equipped. OR you could script a custom Spellpower mechanic that calls additional damage when a hero with the item casts a spell.
HoN doesn't support native spell power features.
