I'm not too familiar with the forum rules here, but I'm guessing naming players is not allowed. I played a game with a person with a name that was basically "Whatcunt" with a different spelling, I guess the person thought this was clever. I find using "c***" or any different spelling of it to be quite offensive. Literally it is a part of a female's body, while in common use it is either an extremely derogatory word for a woman, or a derogatory word for any person in general.
After reporting a bad name using the RAP tool it came back as failed. So do others not find this offensive? Am I allowed to include "c***", "p****", or derivations of this in future names? While the literal meaning of "b****" would not be the same, the common use is very similar, could I use that in a name?

After trying to post this I find that the forum auto changes the words to asterisks, but a GM thinks its ok to have that name in game. This is perplexing......
I added in first letter to let people get an idea.

Well, if the spelling is different I dont see how a GM has the right to change your name.. or ban you over it.
There is a "Profanity" option in the game which allows all chat that is considered "Profanity" to be blocked and become asterisks.
And I believe you are actually able to swear in-game, because everybody has the right to freedom of speech and on top of that, they can activate the Profanity filter to make sure they or their kids do not see it, although i'd imagine using the microphone to swear would be considered bannable.
- You'd have to double check this, because i'm not really 100% sure that I am correct here, just giving personal experience and some ToS info.

as i learned from s2games. sexually offensive usernames are allowed. s2 decides what is offensive not the users that feel abused.
that's what they told me, when i tried to report a player with an in my opinion sexually offensive username.

The name you reported had sufficiently modified spelling such that it is no longer obvious what it says and therefore not offensive.

Also remember that sexually suggestive =/= sexually explicit.
