Since when were racial slurs an insufficient reason for a report?

I don't understand why my report-a-player ticket was unsuccessful when someone clearly used the racial slur "gook" multiple times. This makes the HoN community, although already terrible as it may be, even more intolerable. So I can't even use the Korean flag as my symbol unless I want a bunch of dicks playing this game to call me "gook?" Come on S2... don't tell me you're tolerating that crap

lololol amazing! i feel like people like this are the reason hon is stressful to play. he's under the impression that he did nothing wrong and the guy who insulted him is the only person who deserves to be punished. can i report the OP for his language even tho i wasn't in that game and the insults weren't directed towards me in any way?
