View Full Version : [Suggestion] Why does RAP autoreply NOT include our report?

I've had 5 failed reports and by the time I get them back I can't review my report to see if perhaps I wrote down the time wrong or reported for a stupid reason.

I just went and downloaded a failed Match ID and after fast forwarding through it for a few moments trying to remember why I reported the player I gave up because of frustration of looking through an hour long game and not knowing how to read team chat

If you're going to take forever to respond to a RAP why don't you at least include the ticket so we can see why it failed so we don't report similar behavior again?

Is there perhaps already a way to review my past reports?

Thanks.

Somewhat off topic comment...

That highlighted part there, why do you and many others feel the need to include a negative unnecessary jab in your post.

Why would you expect anyone to be willing to help you when you feel the need to add a negative comment in for no reason?

It's no different then any other customer service if you are negative and abrasive there will be less inclination to make an extra effort to help you.

If you did not have that line in there your post was actually constructive and legitimate, but that one sentence turned your entire post negative.

Think about that in future.

On topic: your overall point is good it would be a good thing to have show up in the auto-response email

If they didn't take forever to reply I wouldn't need this feature.

Simple as that.

This is a reasonable suggestion. I'll present this during our next meeting.

In the meantime I will be sending you a forum PM very soon explaining all of your innocent tickets as well as an explanation why they were marked innocent.

Regards,
MacroHard

That was a very helpful and insightful PM.

Thanks for it.

It helped show me I jump the gun a little bit and should think a bit deeper before I report.
