Dear S2,

How do GM's do their work? I personally believe they are reviewing reports way too fast, because you don't have enough GM's.

I reported someone about two weeks ago, got my 25 coins back because they couldn't review the report in time. Today they replied with the same old story:

"A GM has ruled your report to be insufficient or of poor quality and you have received 1 infraction point."

While I reported this play for AFKing and gave them the correct time table. They obviously didn't even look at the report, but just tried to shove me away with an automatic reply. Normally I wouldn't care too much about this. But this time the player really bugged me, and the GM's with their automated replies of course.

This is what happened:

27:20 He ports back to the well
27:30 disconnects
31:00 Connects back
31:00-37:00(end of the game) Doesn't move at all, except to hit some creeps for a while, obviously to avoid getting flagged for AFK.

Now you tell me why this player got protection from the GM's, because I really have no clue why you're not punishing this player.

If a GM is ever caught doing this he or she is, at a minimum, removed from the GM team. While I would like to tell you that this never happens, sometimes unscrupulous people do manage to sneak past the application and training process. This is extremely rare due to the severe punishments involved. I am 99.9% certain that if your ticket was handled inappropriately it was due to an honest mistake. Please PM me the ticket number for this case and I will give it a second look and overturn it if warranted.

Regarding your "automatic reply" complaint, please note that the email the reporter gets is automatically generated and will always appear the same. The email the suspect gets is specific to the case and includes the match number and GM decision.

Is the "innocent decision reasoning" textbox for the GM's being considered yet? That will help the reporter and the GM's to be even more transparent and cut down on threads and false accusations about this issue. It'll cut down on ticket rate by a bit but it's also a quality-assurance tool.
