When a ticket could not be reviewed "in a timely manner" does that mean that the ticket got dropped?
Because I never received an e-mail about the outcome of a ticket where I got a deposit refund, but there is actually no
reason to no not review it later. So get these tickets dropped or do you just will not get informed about a later review?

The ticket stays in queue until it is reviewed and decided on. We give you the refund as a courtesy for us not being able to handle it in a timely manner.

So why will no second e-mail sent about the outcome of the ticket?

You will still get another email once the ticket is reviewed, in addition to the "in a timely manner" email.

The last three reports I made have not had any resolution on them, as far as I can tell, as I have not received any e-mails. Would it be possible to get some statistics on the percentage of reports that never get a decision? I have pretty much given up on RAP - it is just a waste of time to report griefers, as I never see any result from it.

Same here, thats why I made this thread. I sent like 10 reports in the last weeks/month and I think 6-7 of them could not be reviewed and I never heared again about the tickets.

Seriously S2 staff need to get their **** together. They seem to rather put there head in the ****ing ground than address issues. I had a deposit refund due to my ticket not being responded to promptly. Almost a month later I received notification that the ticket was unsuccessful. Really people get your **** together.
More to the point, why not player initiated suspension where people receive bans automatically when different players make say 3 reports in 3 different games within a 24 hour period? Simply make it that each player may vote only once per day, so that they would have to chose wisely as to when they use their vote. Could still have RAP, however this solution put results in the hands of the HON community rather than staff that honestly do JACK ****!!!

My all last 5 reports was like that, and never late heard about decision. What's wrong with that ? I get banned once like in a blink of an eye, but for my reports i need to wait ages.
Still I dont have answer about one player, which deserved for ban, its will be like 2 months now.

Same here, I usually just report when it's really needed. My 2 last reports I think I got refounded and I never received a 2nd email about the ticket. But it's true that 80% of the time I report he has been banned / warned.

Ok, good news. I got an answer to my reportes exactly a moment ago ( reports was from 7+ days). Both was succefull ( yaay !), which means They are REALLY checked. Great JOB S2!
i think i received a second email about 2weeks - 1 month after the original "refund because we couldn't review it yet" email. you just have to keep in mind that there are a ton of trolls and dbags who play hon. these mods have lots of reports to go over.
