With the Kill Messages Mod not being update is there anyway to move the "Kill Panel" around through movable frames? Only reason I ask is about 2 months ago I was able to move the Kill Board Panel around via movable frames without that specific mod,but I'm not sure if a hon patch disabled this feature from movable frames or I am doing something wrong. Or is there a way to allow more frames to be edited through movable frames by a console command of sort? Any help would be appreciated.
