Reporting for faking GM status

In my last game someone whispered me, faking to be a GM. Cause his friend, whom i was playing with, obviously wanted to troll me.
He impersonated a GM and threatened to ban me for verbal harassment, and what i had to say about that particular case.
Normally i don't mind trolling, but this crossed the line for me
I find this pretty offensive, cause some people, especially kids, might believe in it.
I obviously cant report him ingame, cause i wasnt playing with him, but i just want to know if this isnt a reportable offense? If it isn't, then what is....

Impersonating staff is absolutely against the rules. We do, however, need a screenshot of the whispers as proof. Upload the screenshot(s) thru an image hosting site and send them to me via forum PM and I'll take care of it.

The problem is, that HoN seems to fail, loading the Replay.. hmm. Can anyone help me with this?

I can only press "check for file", and it fails to load... The game was played about 12 hours ago

Replays are not working right now.

If he whispered you then that wouldn't be in the replay anyways.

If you don't have screenshot there is nothing we can do.
